These are the terms and conditions for Kennis & Adviespunt Baken.

I'm not a professional. I'm not liable for, for example, the effects my given advice has.
The people asking me for advice themselves are responsible for the decisions they make based on my advice.
The information on the website is correct to my best knowledge, but might not always be fully complete and/or current.
No rights can be derived in the event that the website is (temporarily) unavailable.
Using the links to external websites is always at your own risk.
I'm not responsible for the contents of the external websites that have links on this page.
I am not liable for damage caused by technical errors on or with the website.

Do not misuse the forms. Things like sending spam or using it for things outside its intended purpose is not permitted.
Do not put false or misleading information in the forms.
It is not allowed to use the website and service in a way that harms or in another ways hurt another person.
It is not allowed to use the website in a way that negatively impacts its use.
Communication with me about Baken is only allowed via the channels designated for that purpose. (See also: contact)

When applying for the advice service, information like your name/pseudonym, email address and what you want support with will be collected.
This information will only be used to process your case and to record the progress.
The information about what you want support with will be deleted when your case closes. Your name/pseudonym and email address will be saved for 1 year maximum.
The collected data will never knowingly be shared with third parties.
You can request deletion of you information before the end of the 1 year period by filling in the contact form.
You can ask what information I have saved about you conform the AVG by filling in the contact form.
At this time, this website doesn't use cookies.

Complaints and feedback can be communicated via the contact form.
The aim is to process complaints within 2 calender weeks.
The aim is to acknowledge feedback within 2 calender weeks. The time in which feedback must be processed doesn't have a target.

This website and service are primarily for personal use by individuals. Use by companies is not permitted without written consent from me and clear references to me at the source.
Individuals are permitted to share the contents of this website, but only with clear references.
The writing and contents are, unless otherwise stated, my property. It is not allowed to copy or republish them without consent.

The terms and conditions and tje contents of the expectation management page can be change at any moment by me.
I am not obliged to inform people of changes.
The date on which a page was been last edited can be found at either the top of bottom of a page.

These terms and conditions and the use of this website are governed by Dutch law.
